About the Job:
As an Account Director you will be responsible for planning and executing events from start to finish, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure that every aspect of the event is executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing event concepts and themes that meet the client's needs and objectives
Creating detailed event plans and timelines
Managing budgets and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions
Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
Managing event registration and attendee communication
Overseeing on-site event execution and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process.
About the Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 5-10 years of event planning experience, with a proven track record of executing successful events
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets effectively
Experience with event registration and attendee communication tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
