We are looking for a passionate and professional individual to the AI Operation, supporting the AI manager to improve AI service capability and customer experience, including:
Partner with AI service Manager to setup relevant business objective
Continuously improve AI Service capability and language coverage by: Business assumption/ target -> data analytics -> top impactor -> solution design -> product requirement and configuration work defining.
Make up detailed implementation plan, mobilize internal and external resources to implement the solution as projects, and obtain the result
Frequently review on the result performance and precipitate methodology which will be reused to cover more languages and product lines
Establish AI service operation mechanism both for routine and BCP
Act as the Point of Contact for reporting and communications with relevant stakeholders
Advocate the Trip.com culture and standards

Proficiency in both verbal and written English
