PR Plan
- Develop PR yearly plan & budget, independently update time to time, according to the marketing & PR calendar
- Monitor and analysis cruise market & media environment, competitor’s new products & PR activities, media trends and key topics, develop monthly analysis report
- Transform PR objective to KPIs and develop execution plan to achieve
Event Management
- Plan China PR activities strategically and creatively, from the concept to an execution plan
- Handle China PR activities for both media and event part
- Drive the process proactively and manage the execution efficiently and effectively
- Develop event recap to summarize and present
Media Management
- Have a good understanding on PR media strategy
- Understand various media categories, including traditional and new media (positioning, USP, column, structure, personality, etc)
- Map and prioritize media database strategically and keep updating and maintaining
- Build close relationship with travel and lifestyle editors, and keep daily contact with them to capture opportunities
- Maximize PR coverage and ensure exposure ranking by strategically planning, execution plan development, utilizing multiple PR tools, proactive and patient approaching, follow-up and smart relationship enhancement
- Conduct media education on brand stories, DNA and products
- Develop media angles and themes for China each promotion/re-promotion to drive media feature topics and create opportunities
- Continuously conduct media education on brand stories, DNA and products through each touch points
- Work with PR agency to handle China daily media editorial request, media cooperation, etc efficiently
- Monitor editorial coverage and analysis for improvement
- Manage related report, such as monthly report, key launch report, etc
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Law, Journalism, English, etc;
- Over 10 years PR related work experience, at least 5 years PR agency or in-house PR experience.
- Experienced on PR planning, routine PR work and project execution, event and media management, advertorial and press material management and drafting, celebrity/media/KOL management
- Strategic and logic thinking, high analytical skill
- Aspirant, proactive, responsible, ability to exhibit a sense of ownership
- Multi-task and time management skill, organized and efficient
- Proven experience and ability to work with agencies
