The role serves as the Project Management Office for the company's major Strategic Projects.Its activities range from project execution to creation of Operating Models; such models incorporating best practices for workplace efficiency.

• Establish a framework which details the footprint that will enable the transition from the existing Project Training Operations.
• Collaborate with key partners / end users across the Club to envision and design the Overall Operational Model. This includes reviewing existing processes at HK and develop improved processes for A detailed mapping of the processes is required.
• Lead the team to create a Master Task Compendium List after hosting Objective. Setting Workshops that will ultimately be used to create an Integrated Operating. Schedule which will underpin PRM’s overall program.
• Liaise with all the business units based in CRC to establish SLA, operating processes and procedures to serve the Grandstand Model.
• Ensure that all the Customer Experiences defined by the different Business Units that represent the customer segments are catered for by the different functions in their processes.
• Ensure there is sufficient granularity in processes and user requirements and be accountable to represent the Racing Operations in the formation of the overall Scope Book which will be used by Property for the design of the facilities.
• Ensure all processes are identified and documented in such a manner that the Data. Analytics and the Modelling team can undertake simulation.
Requirements:
• A master degree from a recognized university (Global Top 100 ranking) with relevant qualification(s) in Non Construction related fields of Engineering, Business or equivalents. A STEM background coupled with a Business Administration is considered acceptable.
• At least 15 years’ experience of consulting, project/management and of operations at an executive level in a complex business environment characterized by ambiguity.
• Extensive experience in managing complex multiple change programmes and of leading large groups of multi-disciplinary professional staff in sizable organizations
• Experience of managing multi-billion dollar initiatives with major business risks/benefits: with a track record of successful business-wide program delivery in a business (i.e. not just a single technical) context
• Creditability and experiences of managing stakeholder relationships
• Practical expertise and qualifications on process improvement and project management methodologies; including Six Sigma certification, or Scrum.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with business process modelling and analysis tools.
• Excellent with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project & Visio.
