Responsibility：
1.Responsible for certificate test planning
2.Responsible to connect with technical services and test facilities and make test schedule
3.Conduct certificate tests at technical services and test facilities
4.Track policies and rules regarding by different authorities, prepare summary and regular updates;
5.Channel communication with authorities for technical clarification, supporting on clarifying with authorities and labs on new testing requirements;
6.Drive internal documents and sample preparation;
7.Understand and negotiate technically with stakeholders family concepts.
8.Manage personnel requirements within the product certificate department, including:
9.recruitment of qualified employees
10.ongoing development and training for employees to meet the demands of the business
11.conducting performance assessments
Education and/or Experience
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in vehicle engineering preferred.
2.10+ years working experience in vehicle certification (homologation) for Chinese domestic market in vehicle manufacturer.
3.Experience in vehicle certification of heavy-duty trucks or class II category chassis is a big advantage.
