- Responsible for the product life cycle management of the company's frequency inverter products, including market research, product definition, product design, product launch, monitoring and optimization.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other relevant departments to understand customer needs and market trends, define product development plans and market positioning strategies, and provide product solutions that meet customer needs.
- Take charge of the product marketing planning and implementation, participate in major marketing activities and promote product sales, monitor the market feedback on products and adjust product development direction.
- Understand and analyze the relevant information of the industry and market, formulate corresponding development strategies and plans according to the company's development strategy, and provide suggestions and support for decision-making.
- Understand the company's product technology and industry status, develop product technology innovation strategies, lead and coordinate technology research and development departments to conduct technology research and development in key fields of products, improve product competitiveness, and keep the company's leading position in the industry.
- In charge of management of project execution and process management to ensure the effective implementation of projects and delivery on time.
- Work with internal departments to perform tasks such as market promotion activities and sales channel support to promote the promotion of products.

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, electrical automation or other relevant fields.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in the frequency converter or relevant field, familiar with the frequency converter technology and market status, familiar with the basic knowledge of marketing management and business process.
- Have good market sense, can grasp market trends and customer needs, can effectively carry out market research and analysis work.
- Have strong organization, coordination and execution ability, able to work under pressure and able to work under busy conditions.
- Have good English proficiency, able to read English documents and information in English.
