and enhancing profitability with urgency. The CCO will oversee the sales, marketing, and business

Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify market opportunities and risks, and formulate plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
2. Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive sales performance and exceed targets – specific focus on growing new online channels, traditional online channels, offline retail channels, and institutions.

3. Revenue & Profit Growth in Parallel: - balance volume & profit – deliver with immediate effect
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume – immediately while building new portfolio for business expansion.
- Develop pricing , channel and sku strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Growth in Net Sales & CP vs LY is a must. Every month must be growth, no decline.
4. Marketing and Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Utilize own market research and analysis to inform marketing and sales strategies.
5. Business Development:
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and customer base.
- Evaluate and personally negotiate strategic partnerships to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
6. Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts for the commercial function.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded, beat market performance.
- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
7. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
