- You will have overall operational responsibility for the sub Business Unite
- Provide expert input into the Strategic Plan and will be responsible for day to day implementation once approved by the Board.
- Partner with the CEO and her/his peers (the chief financial officer (CFO), and Group Human Resources Controller) and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget.
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in Division operational plans, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all companies.
- Identify opportunities for division to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges.
- Lead, coach, develop, and retain division’s high-performance senior management team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting.
- Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
- Ensure the continued financial viability of division’s operational units through sound fiscal management.
- Provide a bridge between the now and the future evolving a very detailed oriented approach to a more leadership based role as the caliber of the incumbent management team evolves.
- Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.
- Work with the CFO to ensure that relevant and timely financial data is presented to the CEO and senior management team.
- Ensuring that the human resource policies and procedures are implemented within the division.
- Oversee risk management and legal activities: letters of agreement, contracts, leases, and other legal documents and agreements in association with the Group legal function
skills and experience required.
- More than 10 years working experience in food service industry, with strong operation background
- Bachelor degree or above
