This role will Contribute to the development and implementation of legal and compliance procedures and processes, taking into account global policy and guidelines, and local regulations. This role will also involve legal entity management, risk assessment, regulatory affairs, and serving as a key member of the company's China management team.
skills and experience required.
- with minimum 10 years of legal or compliance experience from reputable law firms or MNCs;
- bachelor or above degree with law major;
- excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin;
- leadership experience is a plus.
