Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications
1. Develop and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy that includes both internal and external communications;
2. Develop and manage the company's crisis communication plan;

3. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels;
4. Manage the creation of all communication materials, including press releases, company reports, and presentations;
5. Ensure that all messaging is aligned with the company's values and goals and maintains consistency across all channels;
6. Provide communications support for other departments within the company as needed.
Media Channel Presence& Media Relations
1. Manage media relations and maintain relationships with key media outlets;
2. Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and other communication channels;
3. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that support the company's goals and values;
4. Manage the company's presence on popular Chinese social media and self-media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Little Red Book etc.;
5. Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and awareness of the company and its activities;
6. Monitor relevant discussions on social media platforms and respond to comments and inquiries as appropriate.

1. Develop and implement corporate social responsibility strategies that align with the company's values and goals;
2. Manage Support the company's sustainability initiatives, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize corporate responsibility opportunities and initiatives;
4. Monitor and report on key corporate responsibility metrics and progress towards goals;
5. Engage with stakeholders and customers to promote our company's commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainability;
6. Develop and manage partnerships with non-profit organizations, stakeholders, and Industry organizations to drive the company's corporate social responsibility goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications and/or corporate responsibility roles;
3. Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns, from strategic development to implementation and analysis;
4. Knowledge of Chinese media landscape and ability to develop media relationships.
