- Leading a brand team including Marketing, Brand marketing, Chef, business developer and Ecommerce in local markets for both mainland and Taiwan business (1/3 of APAC business)
- In charge of full business P&L with budgeting and forecasting for overall business, for both B2B and B2C portfolios, B2B2C, C2B2B way of business
- Building strong connection and credibility with local distribution partners to deliver operation and service goals.
- Maintain relationships local industrial importers, distributors and partners with different marketing and branding segmentations for future business development
- Strong connection with all local partners and establishment of relationship with local KOLs and industrial committees and reference in order to build-up high company/brand’s image and awareness and close connection in local markets
- Monitor business growth and keep up-to-date marketing insights in order to develop and launch new product line, and expanding to the existing and potential markets
- Responsible for both sell-in and sell-out, pricing and margins for all portfolio fasteners for the direct and indirect customers
- Leading operational teams to achieve business goals and meet KPIs
- Developing future local plantation projects
- Manage marketing activities along with internal and external chef resources, including public demo, hands-on training and one O one mise-en-place, etc.
- Establish digital marketing strategy with social medias and online brand communication
- Have strong knowledge in E-commerce and social media strategy
skills and experience required.
- Proven record as a commercial leader in FMCG/ F&B industry
- Strong relationship management with wholesaler, B2B horeca clients in the condition of China in top tier cities
- Full proficiency in Mandarin and English, or French is preferred
