Define project goals, roadmap, scope, clear methodology that how to define the business
value and design the use case.
Coordinate the work of project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure timely,
budgeted, and quality completion.
Understand the luxury or retail industry, market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer
behavior, providing professional advice and guidance for the project.
Familiarity with Tencent and Alibaba ecosystems, leveraging relevant platforms and
resources to implement projects.
Clear knowledge about Wechat miniprogram & WeCom applications, understand how this
tools drive a smooth CA&Consumer journey
Gain in-depth knowledge of JD/TMALL e-commerce channel business and growth by
using brand 1st party data.
Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant business data, provide data-driven decision
support, and develop corresponding strategies and solutions.
Overseeing the development and implementation of customer service software,
managing customer data, and ensuring that all IT systems are operating effectively to
support customer care and after-sales services.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize
IT initiatives, and ensuring that all IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or
work experience
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working with
individuals from diverse backgrounds and hierarchies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks
and priorities under pressure.
Possess excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, able to extract key insights
from data.
Experience on setup/supporting the applications for a customer center, and/or Salesforce
service cloud experience will be more relevant with this role.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
