1.Actively originate, shape digital opportunities with our BUs to further develop the digital offer to cope with Innovation & follow digital marketing trends

2.Build & Develop relationship to create opportunities with potential partners in the region, that could support existing & new opportunities, up to alliances or M&A level.
3.Participate in evangelizing the growing digital dimension of the group & communicate timely u pon latest innovations in assisting conferences & other major related events in the region.
4.Initiate a road map for Digital strategy with Greater China chairman, following the group strategy in adapting to local market needs.
5.Planning supporting the impl ementation of our internal software (Smartbrics for all BUs in greater China, from a business point of view, focusing on market needs firstly supporting building comprehensive road maps for the years to come (anticipating IT integration needs & facilitate gaps analysis).
6.Anticipate the digital transformation needs & supporting establishing road map to successfully implement new ways of selling.
7.Carefully monitor impact on sales organization to anticipate needs of stakeholders if organizational changes are detected
8.Be able to articulately present other innovative digital concepts to senior management & actively participate in creating new product offers in coordination with other departments when asked (upon management priorities)
9.Take initiative s to represent the brand in the digital world, assist participate in conferences, roundtables & other events in APAC or elsewhere when needed. Support the BUs & teams in their training understanding of the above mentioned solutions using agile & innova tive methodologies
10.Work with BUs and client teams to successfully grow Innovative digital initiatives in key accounts.
skills and experience required.
1. At least 8 years’ experience in international team management management,g ood experience in Data projects
steering and building data products.
2. Goodk nowledge in advertising or data business processes.
3. Good knowledge in Datalake, data warehouse distributed data platform concepts (Data Mesh) SQL, and tools like dbt , big query and other data tools …
4.Working in agile environment and building Product increments to deliver value is a must, p roven track record of collaboration with other agencies and s uccessful del ivery.
5. Outstanding and persuasive client facing and relationship management skills 、navigating complex business challenges.
6. Extensive partnering skills with demonstrated legacy of building and growing accounts.
7. Superior verbal and written communicatio n skills; strong presentation skills.
8. Proficient in both English & Chinese spoken, reading & writing.
