• As DTC sales channels product manager, manage the product evolution & project portfolio of Wechat MiniProgram, Decathlon official E-commerce website, and Omni-sales related
• projects, co-work with DTC business leaders and Decathlon core-capability product managers to ensure the project delivery, satisfy sports users.
• Manage the product vision, strategy, backlog & roadmap & value creation, co-own business growth target representing digital product team;
• Manage user club, identify customer & operation pain-points, organise value positioning, feasibility analysis, and dependency mapping to arrange product evolution;
• Analyse business & product data, to identify opportunities to boost business, organise A/B test, POC and ROI assessment process;
• Forecast the full life cycle cost of the solution, cooperate with business leader to build up and implement the economic model of solution, manage the TCO calculation and income during project period;
• Based on the product roadmap, define the human plan to fulfil the project;
• Organise, coordinate and lead the project resource from different digital teams (Engineering, Data, UI/UX, operation…), and coordinate with suppliers if in case it's needed;
• Supervise the progress of the project & product on-schedule, on-budget, on-scope and quality-compliant;
• Manage the project & run transition smoothly, by coordinating with the Run team;
• Communicate the product progress and deliverable status (successes, difficulties, conflicts, risks etc. ), anticipate and alert if the project is not on target.(Quality, cost, lead-time, etc..)

skills and experience required.

• 5 + year experiences related to ToC product management, experience in cross team collaboration with back-end solutions, vendors, and tech teams.
• Knowledge in E-commerce solution (UI/UX, mid-end and back-end micro-services, etc);
• Familiar with agile methodologies and best practices;
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain why; Fluent in English;
• Experience managing complex projects across teams;
• Good documentation skills.
