Key job accountabilities
- Prepares budget forecast and ensures that expenses are within budget.
- Lead team of Utility Engineers and Technicians to manage the maintenance of utility systems noted below to reach the objective of utility availability and reliability;
- High and low voltage electrical power system,
- CCTV,
- infrared alarming system,
- firefight system,
- gas detection system,
- HVAC,
- steam system,
- compressed air system
- Forklift.;
- water treatment plant,
- RM supply system.
- Lead to carry out the utility modification projects and plant extension or transfer projects
- Participates in contractor selection and ensures that requirements, values and integrity are followed during selection and ongoing relationships. Ensures that all outside contractors are in compliance with company policies and rules.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to the product, process, quality and EHS.
- Manage, direct, and appraise facility staff to ensure that job descriptions, training, and performance expectations are completed and well communicated.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree, major in Automation, Electrical.
- 5 years working experience in maintenance of public facility with multi-national company.
- Be familiar with PLC / HMI and Facility equipment.
- Good knowledge of computer software and English.
- Good service attitude.
