Due to its expansion plans in Asia, they are looking for a General Manager to continue developing its business in China.

- Overall management of the local business activities, including P&L responsibility
- Develop our business by driving new sales and growing existing accounts, participating actively in client work, events, networking opportunities
- Master the BTS portfolio of solutions and facilitate leadership development workshops and other client engagements at top quality
- Ensure the smooth running of the team, providing an engaging, positive, motivating work environment which boosts, retains, and attracts talents
- Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
skills and experience required.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a consulting/leadership development industry
- Candidates with a demonstrated track record of sales achievements with clients across a variety of industries would be strong preferred
- Candidate MUST have experience in the Professional Services industry
- Prior working experience in a European firm would be advantageous
- Bilingual in Chinese and English.
