You will director report to GM and dotted report to Marketing Head in HQ.
You will lead the marketing team with two subordinates
about the job.
- Develop China SCRM strategy & execution to realize consolidation of all Marketing touches and actions plan via tools like Marketing Automation, etc.
- Use of MAC, AOV, AOF as core criteria to measure success of campaigns and activities.
- To carry out business surveys and provide the analysis reports on the market orientation in terms of the products and services, as well as supervise, analyze, and evaluate the market
- Assess on a regular basis the development within the tools market and gather relevant information from internal (sales) as well as external resources for future development of the organization
- Responsible for integrated digital strategy and customer engagement strategy across all relevant digital touch points, including SEO/SEM, social media, community and other new innovative channels
- Acquire customer insights and behaviors through digital journey data analysis and implement digital plan with high attention to the online conversion rate to ensure healthy growth of online business
- Internal and external interphase within the company and clients in order to provide an overview above marketing projects across all disciplines including the production of sales and communication material, exhibition, campaign activity, events and promotions, public relations, customer day.
- Responsible for advertising strategy and campaign management, budget control, planning, and contacts with media; Manage media agency and other venders to improve promotion efficiency and execution quality.

- Bachelor’s degree, majored in Marketing Management
- 8 years and more experience in Marketing function 2 years of team lead experience industry expertise in B2B / distribution appreciated
- Advanced English necessary
