Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist in the annual human resources planning process and implement local HR strategies to meet business requirement
Develop various recruitment channels and manage recruitment procedure to ensure "right person in right place"
Manage the staffing process including on-boarding, off-boarding and employment related process.
Work with local management team on training analysis and planning, monitor the implementation of training programs including new employee orientation.
Drive and support the performance and talent management agenda at the site including target setting, performance review and succession planning, together with the management team.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective rewards and recognition programs in alignment with global and regional guidelines
Set up and perfect HR systems, processes, procedures, and infrastructure in the site to enable effectiveness and efficiency
Assist management team to well understand and administrate HR policies and procedures
Serves as internal consultant for people related issues, as guided by local Employment Contract Law
Support and measure key HR related metrics, and generates HR Reports with analytics as required
Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of overall professional experience in HR,
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
English language communication proficiency (verbal and written)
Take initiative to achieve superior, quality results against internal or external standards of excellence
Ability to articulate intricate topics and interact with all levels of business leaders, management and employees.
Confident, effective and efficient communication skills (written and oral)
