Job responsibilities:

1. Formulate business strategies for the business unit according to the company's business objectives, and provide advice, planning and implementation for the implementation of the strategy;
2. Provide human resources support for organizational development, conduct regular organizational inventory, and provide effective solutions and implementation for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, etc.;
3. Promote changes at the company level, be responsible for improving the system, process and system of human resources in the business department, and improve the efficiency of human resources operation;
4. Inherit the company culture, promote values, build communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization;
5. Assist the team in project-based work and other work matters arranged by superiors.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business administration, English communication, reading and writing skills, overseas management experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the human resources process system, and have a certain accumulation in recruitment/performance management/employee relations/organizational development and other modules;
3. Strong logical thinking, learning and stress resistance, and team management ability;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, good at promoting team culture, affinity and responsibility
