As strategic HR partner to business leaders, develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction. establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Lead to build up leadership culture. Provide leadership consultancy and coaching in leadership development in all sites.
Lead competence management including methodology, tools and diagnosis, coordinate international assignments related to HR colleagues in HQ.
Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of professional working experience in Human Resources generalist role.
Hands-on experience in managing ER cases in direct and indirect areas
Willing and ability to motivate/lead a highly performing team.
Overview on labor market and legal environment and requirements in China.
Business sense and overview, strong entrepreneur orientated mind-set, able to translate business strategy into HR strategy and concrete projects.
Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English and experience of working in multi-culture environment
