1.Ali-Cloud workload design and implementation.
2.Work on automating infrastructure provision with `Infrastructure as code
3.Ali-Cloud monitoring for monitoring the events, and create cases for significant alerts and reach out to respective resolver groups
Platform support for any investigation and resolution of events / cases raised by monitoring teams

4.To make any configuration changes and hardening security of the platform and application environments
5.To on-board a new application / environment o Perform regular maintenance or upgrades without any impact to end user
6.Work with Cloud Service Provider's support teams if necessary to resolve cases
7.Work with Application support teams (or developers) for any application related issues
8.Work with other infrastructure teams to resolve any integration issues (e.g., authentication)
9.Provide operational insights on daily basis
10.Status update to be provided to management on weekly basis
11. Experience with SAP infrastructure provisioning on Ali cloud will be added advantage
12.Tools / Products in Scope: o Network Services VPC, VPN Gateway, Server Load Balancer, Domains etc.

技能和经验要求
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At Least 5 years of experience in field of Information Technology, including 3 years of specialized experience in cloud technologies, preferably in Ali-Cloud.
3.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and best practices.
4.Familiarity with the retail industry or similar business domains would be advantageous.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
6.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud service providers, application support teams, and infrastructure teams.
7.Proactive approach to monitoring and ability to respond to alerts and incidents promptly.
8.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
9.Ability to work independently as well as in a team oriented, collaborative environment
