IT Governance and Internal Controls
▪ Lead developing and maintaining overall IT governance framework, IT policies and procedures in order to be compliant with applicable regulatory requirements, standardize internal IT operations and continuously improve IT management maturity.

▪ Support CIO on global IT planning, reporting and KPI/other performance measuring related tasks.
▪ Define and implement Company required IT internal controls, SOX compliance programs, ISO27001 certification and other compliance / certification tasks.

▪ Coordinate internal and external IT audit programs and remedial actions.
▪ Interface to Due Diligence Query (DDQ), ESG and other IT queries from internal & external stakeholders and clients
▪ Collaborate with group cybersecurity on cyber compliance & risk related tasks.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
▪ Lead Global ITSM program planning and implementation.
▪ Implement and operate key ITSM processes such as CMDB, Change Management, IT Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, Service Level & Quality Management as well as IT service portfolios.
▪ ITSM Tooling implementation and continuous optimization
IT Finance
▪ Oversee and manage global IT budgeting process for IT functions.
▪ Continuously control and optimize IT spending.
IT PMO
▪ Oversee and Manage PMO function across the globe and drive project planning & approval processes.
▪ Lead IT project management approach, templates, and tooling.
