Scope of Job:
- The Position is responsible to ensure that the Company has competitive & effective IT Infrastructure aligned to business strategies. The Company’s IT infrastructure shall be designed, built, deployed, operated, and supported in an agile and efficient way that ensure the Company could realize sustainable business value.
- This position is also responsible for Infrastructure projects delivered on time and budget.
- This position is also responsible for Infrastructure standardization, compliance as well as efficient operation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the infrastructure roadmap with your domain and measure the overall health of infrastructure portfolio both in terms of how well the business in supported and technological health and cost effectiveness.
- Implement IT Infrastructure strategy, architecture and standards including IoT devices, voice and data network, systems and storage, systems management, virtual server technology and public cloud computing to ensure effective operations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of key infrastructure technologies unutilized in your domain.
- Keep abreast of the technology roadmaps for the infrastructure with your domain and how upgrades and updates can benefit the enterprise.
- Cross-team collaboration with other IT teams to ensure Infrastructure are fit for purpose and leverage existing capabilities where possible.
- Manage the delivery Infrastructure/ projects on time and budget.
- Ensure Infrastructure /projects delivered in accordance with policies and standards.
- Ensure Infrastructure technology are delivered that enable on-going support in a cost-efficient manner.
- Monitor the performance and usage of the infrastructure, identify, and solve problems, and ensure the high performance of the infrastructure.
- Manage Infrastructure change control process, including assessing the necessity and priority of change requests, developing change plans, testing, and releasing changes.
- Maintain system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and coordinate testing.
- Provide required information and analysis for the budgeting and planning process and ensure that the IT financial inputs for building business cases and project plans are of the highest quality.
- Maintaining, developing, and documenting of Infrastructure standards.
- Planning of training, development, and succession planning of all subordinates in IT Infrastructure team
- Maintains effective business relationships with vendors, suppliers, and technical product support resources.
- Manage departmental related maintenance & support contracts.
Skill, Experience & Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin is MUST.
- Requires at least 10 years of progressive experience in large scale infrastructure project deliver. Theme Park Pre-opening project experience is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and experience with Network, Mixed cloud, VMWare, Storage, Information Security, and other mission critical infrastructure technology is MUST.
- Requires incumbent to be a self-starter, take initiative and demonstrate proactive in developing infrastructure, planning, and organizing tasks, and managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Exhibits effective leadership skills and abilities in managing staff, working with others, including the ability to solve or facilitate the resolution of problems.
- Hands on and skillful in network device configuration, VMware management, Mixed cloud environment administration, information security compliance.
- Good understanding of technology concepts, trends, and capabilities
- Strong vendor management skills.

- Requires positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with users and provide high levels of technical support and customer service.

Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in in information systems, computer science or closely related field (or equivalent education and experience).
- Preferred Certified CCNP, PMP, CISSP, VCP, TCP, AZ 104.
- Candidate must demonstrate currency in the information technology field.
