EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the related technical fields

– 5+ years' experience of software development, enterprise application design and delivery, technical management and developer team management

– Minimum 3+ years' hands-on experience in cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS (Mi-crosoft Azure)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

– Experiences in team management and stakeholder management is must

– Experience of complex project management is must

– In-depth knowledge & hands-on experience of application/software design based on cloud native and containerization technologies (Kubernetes) is must

– It's must have experience in Domain-Driven Design, micro-services and distributed application, in-depth knowledge of back-end design and optimization

– Strong knowledge and hands-on experiences of Microsoft .NET Framework (& .NET Core) & C#, web-based/mobile app technologies (e.g., React, React Native, VUE, etc.) is must

– Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure components (network, storage, load balancers, etc.) is must

– Solid understanding of cloud security best practices is preferred

– Experience to lead the technical team to work in Agile methodology

– Ability to lead and mentor team members to compliance with architecture principles and delivery ca-pabilities

– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Team work oriented, work closely with internal business and vendors

– Experience with Alibaba/Huawei/Tencent Cloud is a plus
