Overall responsibility for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for the joint venture, including:

• Closely working together with the company executive team to define and analyse the business requirements and workstream/departments technology needs
• Leads development, planning, design and implementation processes for the organization required IT infrastructure including ERP and MES systems
• Establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of IT strategies as per workstream, departments and senior management requirements
• Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals
• Lead scompany’s digital strategy ensuring that the collection and use of data throughout the company delivers value and insight.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in the IT field, either in operations, management or consulting area.
• Sound knowledge of implementation and maintenance of manufacturing ERP and Manufacturing Execution systems
• Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.
• Strong understanding of the latest best practice and market trends
• Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols
• Very strong preference for Aerospace and MRO experience.
• Sound understanding of computer system (hardware & software), networks, cyber security, etc
