Responsibilities：
1、Manufacture Engineer professional
2、Proficient in the Func system, independently complete the machining programming of product, including tool selection, cutting parameters etc.
3、Responsibility for all the manufacture procedure as leader, not only for process itself

4、Skilled in Continual Improvement and quality sense
5、Arrange the manufacture system from whole view, including Root cause, Layout, Process and STD
6、Setup Process, Process Standardization
7、Launch and support new project（including MCN/DN/Special Order）
8、Support FAT/SAT，Complete the first part machining procedure and guide workshop staff on site
9、Maintenance the BOM/routing in ERP system Dynamics
10、In time provide fixture design, process drawing, technical support
11、Creating SOP in time
12、Creating Process card in time
13、Ensure solving in time the issues relation to technology raising on CSB meeting/Trouble Shooting
14、Training department colleagues to have production/process knowledge
15、Provide product knowledge support for quality, logistics, sourcing, etc.
Requirement：
1、Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanism or other related or equivalent
2、Above 5-10 years work experience in machining area （CNC）
3、Good experience in BOM & Routing maintain. Familiar with Standardization
4、Good PC skill, MS-Office, AutoCAD software
5、Experience in welding/machining/Assy/Test area
6、GB is plus，or lean production sense
7、Welding aspectt is plus, expecially familiar with stud welding, argon arc welding, MIG welding, spot welding, cold welding
8、Good communication with English
