岗位职责 Job Description:
1. 交付分解的销售目标,与客户发展卓有成效的关系 / Deliver breakdown sales target and develop productive relationships with customer;
2. 定期拜访客户并开展培训,以增强客户印象 / Implement regular customer visit and trainings to enhance customer performance;
3. 在优先级高的城市开发新的客户并开设新店 / Develop new customers and set up new stores in prioritized cities;
4. 管理客户和门店经理的端到端业务,包括应收账款和其它客户问题 / Manage business with customer end-to-end incl. resolution of A/R and other customer issues;
5. 提供销售支持,例如订单处理等 / Provide sales support, including order processing, etc.
专业资质要求 Professional Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限 / Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. 3年以上工作经验,良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力 / At least 3 years working experience, good communication skills and team work ability;
3.有奢侈品相关行业经验,对嘉格纳目标客户群体有一定了解,高端进口橱柜行业优先 Experience in luxury industry have a basic understanding of Gaggenau target group, experience in luxury imported kitchen cabinet industry is preferred;
4. 有良好的组织规划能力和自我管理能力,有目标责任感Well organized, ability to self-organization, should like to drive tasks with responsibility;
5. 能接受出差和较强的工作压力 Able to travel and willing to work under pressure.
