- Responsible for the architecture design, system planning, detailed design, and implementation of the core product, identifying new product opportunities and achieving effective breakthroughs.
- Lead the product, operations, and business teams to manage user traffic, transaction volume, and quality across multiple international business lines such as inbound and outbound travel, customized tours, and hotels.
- Effectively decompose the company's strategic objectives and propose innovative planning solutions based on these strategies.
- Possess strong execution capabilities, excellent judgment, and collaboration skills to coordinate with the operations and technical teams, swiftly implement strategies, and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with global external partners and suppliers to jointly create superior and innovative product experiences in the domestic and international travel sectors.
- Work with the R&D team to ensure the delivery timeline and quality of the product.
skills and experience required.
- Over 10 years of experience in C-end products, with a preference for those with experience in the travel, hotel, or other OTA industries.
- Strong data sensitivity, a focus on user experience, and good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English, able to use it as a working language, with a preference for those with overseas work or study experience.
- Experience with at least one complete product lifecycle and in-depth thinking and methodology in a specific niche area.
