Major Responsibilities:
Achieve AUT income savings commitment and target for Working Capital, Capital improvement projects
• Lead other specific Functional project such as Material, inventory and logistic management project Operational improvement projects with good interface and execution at regional and site level
• Conduct cross-functional improvement program and workshop for significant improvement to stimulate change. Ensure initiatives are well-perpetuated through the plants through such program and workshop.
• Drive and track regional and site-specific business outcome and metrics that the plants are committed to deliver
• Share best practices, lessons learned, replication of successful projects throughout the region
• Support skill development in Lean (operational) and structured problem solving (six sigma) skill, standardization of practice, calibration of mindset
• Serve as ‘subject matter expert’ so site LPO can utilize their knowledge and China leadership can utilize them for target initiatives through out the yea

Requirements:
本科以上学历，8年以上精益经验（纯IE 或精益年限不够的不要）
行业不限，有hands on 的大规模工厂端的精益经验 ...
