关于职位：
1.Utilize lean knowledge and tools to promote continuous lean improvement activities in the factory and systematically plan for lean development.
熟练运营精益管理的知识和工具促进工厂持续精益改善活动，并系统地规划工厂精益发展。
2.Act as the local communication link between the factory/site and the ALPS Central Team (ALPS CET)，Regularly participate in and organize ALPS meeting, including ALPS Popcorn meetings 、ALPS Webinars and ALPS monthly meeting
作为工厂和ALPS CET团队之前的沟通桥梁，定期参与和组织ALPS的相关会议。
3.Actively implement and improve the daily running of ALPS in the factory/site.
积极推进和改善ALPS的日常运行。
4.Perform audits according to ALPS (SB Audit Dialogues, SOP Audit Dialogues (Improvement), 5S Audits).
根据ALPS要求进行审核。
5.Support on factory GB and BB Project and can be a guider for GB and BB freshers to coach and support them.
支持工厂GB和BB项目，可以为GB和BB新人提供项目指导和支持
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree of above, major in mechanics, engineering or automation industry will be preferred.
本科及以上学历， 机械工程或自动化专业背景优先。
2.Relevant Leadership and management skills 相关领导/管理的技能.
3.3-5 years of lean improvement experience from production/manufacturing company
3-5年以上生产制造业精益改善相关工作经验。
4.Proficient in mastering knowledge and tools related to Lean and have participated in BB training and certification.
熟练掌握精益管理和改善的相关知识和工具，参与过BB培训和BB认证。
