Responsibilities:
Learning & Development(60%)
- Design, lead, and implement strategic learning and development programs including new team member onboarding, performance, leadership development.
- Consults with business leaders on individual and team development needs. Conducts appropriate level of needs assessment to determine best course of action to achieve desired outcomes.
Culture & Team Engagement(40%)
- Create, manage, and team engagement programs, culture surveys/team member feedback, and culture-driving communications and information.
- Lead workplace transformation initiatives designed to influence Pop Mart culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Development, Learning or other applicable field of study.
- Minimum of five years of training or teaching experience.
- Experience in design and facilitation of larger scale organizational development programs required.
