- Understand market trends, gain insight into customer needs, and enhance brand image according to the company's situation
- Company brand peripheral material design and production
- Promotional materials brochure production
- Maintaining or creating brand catalogues, brochure, presentation, demonstration.
- Combined with market conditions or KA needs, cooperate with the technical team to develop innovative applications that meet the requirements, and provide the sales team with supporting marketing plans
- Executing new products launches and report on success rates
- The writing and operation of the company's official account
- Dealing with management training and organization and planning of offline exhibition activities
- Developing and maintaining marketing analysis by products
- Maintaining marketing expenses report and understanding marketing budget
- Review market analysis to better understand customer needs for product, pricing, distribution and promotion to identify building block over opportunities
- Manage digital agencies in order to develop a social media strategy focused on China market monitoring the KPI’s on a monthly basis
skills and experience required.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG companies, FS/ Professional channel or bakery ingredients product range. Experience of social media or digitial marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships based on deep knowledge of large and complex client business
- Bachelor degree or above
- English as working language
