• Create a KOL engagement plan for company’s products and execute it with high-quality, timely and effectively as a team leader in areas like:
• Drive medical strategy in concert with the Head of Medical Affairs and the Lead of Medical Research by close communication in company.
• Manage the contractors within MSL and MI teams, including to train them and to create the working instructions and standardized Q&A materials for inquiries.
• Ensure that all activities are compliant with all applicable external regulations and internal policies and procedures. Ensure the evidence substantiates the claim; and is accurate and fair balanced of the promotional materials.
skills and experience required.
• Clinical expertise with master degree is required. 2-3 years’ experience as clinical doctor will be preferred.
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in MSL and/or Medical Advisor/Manager in a Medical Affairs Department within the multinational pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Must be knowledgeable with Chinese medical promotional and non-promotional regulations, and guidelines for funding for research institutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks to effectively meet established deadlines.
• Background in infectious disease is preferred.
