- Lead the marketing team to define and execute marketing objectives and strategies by efficient PR, AD, and events plans within budget to build the brand, to increase sales growth and market share.
- Lead Digital Marketing efforts and utilize social media to strengthen the brand and drive sales leads.
- Lead the marketing team to develop and execute events and sales promotions, monitoring and analyze the success of campaigns, and set strategies for improvement.
- Manage the personnel of the Marketing department to maximize efficiency and create a teamwork environment.
- Interface with the company in terms of brand communication, digital marketing, and so on.
- Analysis and evaluate the marketing plan timely to make improvements based on the market's feedback.
- Explore business opportunities; build relationships and approach crossover events opportunities.
- Other responsibilities as required.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related subjects. Overseas study & working experience is a plus.
- At least 8 years of solid work experience in marketing or branding, experiences working with high-end products are preferred.
- At least 3 years of management experience, managing a team of no less than 5 people, independent management style; high degree of responsibility.
- Besides China, work experience with other Asia-Pacific markets is a plus.
- Native Chinese speaker, excellent skills in Chinese writing; High degree of fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Presentable.
- Strong personality, results-driven, hardworking, hands-on working style, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Be very proactive, creative, open, organized, detail oriented and a team player.
- Must be an innovator (on both creativity and execution) and strategic thinking person.
