•Drive process excellence in China Ops to achieve org. efficiency
•Identify , initiate and drive improvement for China Ops process optimization/integration to enhance operation efficiency
•Lead and support the China Ops process implementation project to achieve the target
•Process management including continuously improve process capability and coordinate new process development
•Ensure the efficiency structure is fit for business requirements
•Take a overview for the financial management and ensure integration between the specific process and other functions
•Identify integration issue between various process and communicate change to the process and Governance structure.
skills and experience required.
•Education: Bachelor Degree – Master preferred
•Job Related Experience: More than 8 years working experience in MNC, with rich process management and project management knowledge and experience, consulting company experience preferred
•With innovative and strategic thinking
•With rich business experience and high cross team collaboration and communication capability
•With hands-on capability as a key individual contributor
•With leadership when leading the project team
•Fluent English communication skill
