about the job.

• Support the program management team to develop, maintain and execute the integrated development strategy and commercial strategy for multiple programs. The number of programs will depend on stage and scope of the programs.
• Work with function team to direct and to control multiple programs that are cross-functional development and commercial teams, through the development and commercialization. Organize programs regular meetings or ad-hoc meetings to keep team on the same page of the project status as well as the specific strategy developing vs new situation or issue solving.
• Take maintenance of the sharepoint folder and to file the meeting minutes and other documents properly for documentation.
• Lead and drive objective setting process for programs. Develop the cross-functional plans together including realistic but aggressive timelines, budget and resources planning, riskassessment and contingency planning.
• Consistently work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas. Ensures cross-functional alignment and organizational support for the execution of the program plan by facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings. Driving the team to ‘out-of-box” thinking and creative issue resolution.

skills and experience required.

• Required advanced degree with minimum 8-10 years of industry experience.
• At least 3-5 years equivalent multi-/ cross-functional leadership experience in development stage or commercialization of products.
• Proper level of science and clinical acumen. Experience working in CNS, auto-immune diseases preferred.
• Cross-functional team and relationship enhancing skills and project management leadership skills.
• Previous work and leadership experience in international and multidisciplinary drug development teams and broad operational experience with an experienced understanding of drug development process.
