- Client Support: Act as a technical liaison between our clients and our internal teams, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Feedback and Requirement Collection: Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, gather feedback, and document technical requirements related to our products for the team to follow up on. Provide insights from clients to facilitate overall product improvements and enhancements.
- Technical Problem Solving: Work with the engineering team to address client challenges, provide solutions, and facilitate the integration of our products into the client's workflows. Provide feedback and insights from clients to facilitate product improvements and enhancements.
- Solution Presentation: Present technical aspects of our products to clients in a clear and understandable manner, demonstrating the value and benefits they offer.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including use cases, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to ensure a coordinated approach to meeting client needs and resolving issues.
- AI Sales Engineer Training: Work with our AI technical team to design and train an AI Sales Engineer that can assist you in your work by streamlining day-to-day work.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our AI products and stay up-to-date with industry trends, enabling you to provide informed technical guidance to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineering or similar technical role, preferably in fields of AI or SaaS.
- Basic website knowledge, including CSS, HTML, React, NodeJS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Mandarin speaking a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the globe.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, image and video generation, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of client relationship management tools and CRM software.
- Availability to travel for client meetings, as required.
