1.To provide tactical recommendations to VP regarding market trend, customer feedback and competitors’ action
2. To formulate and implement approved action plans, monitor the progress against the agreed sales targets

3. Timely updates on sell out performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly and per event .
4.To formulate business plans according to brand objectives set by the Marketing Department.
5.To maximize the return of all operational expenses.
6.To increase market share of exceptional pieces and limited-edition products through network.
7.Any other ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by Director / VP;
skills and experience required
1.University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines;
2.Fluent in Chinese, written in English;
3.At least 8 years of commercial background;
4.Good understanding of marketing and finance;
5.Knowledge of imported wine and spirits
6.Good understanding of people management;
7.Full understanding of modern selling and training techniques.
