- Propose and monitor industrial investment budgets. Ensure MTP realization.
- Manage process engineering team. Ensure process engineering involvement in development project teams.
- Manage main industrial projects with an interdisciplinary team. Monitor Q,C, D project indicators（Quality、Cost、Delivery）.
- Ensure process standardisation in the plants for assigned product groups.
- Design of production equipment and coordination of fabrication of equipment by external suppliers (incl. choice of suppliers and contract negotiation).
- Benchmark best practices in process engineering inside and outside the group
- Provide to production teams industrial equipments according safety regulation, ergonomics constraints, quality and efficiency targets.
- Identify and validate new technologies for assigned product groups.
- Select, motivate, and develop employees within the area of delegation. Ensure leadership of all employees and implementation of individual personal measures within corporate guidelines as well as external legal regulations
skills and experience required.
- Degree in engineering with focus on automatization, digitalization and production technology: at least Bachelor
- > 5 years experience of PE manager in serial/mass production
- Know how of complex production, machining and testing processes, relevant norms
- Experience in leadership
- Experience in Kaizen Management and Methods
