- This product owner will be responsible for discovering and designing consumer facing omni digital products across OMNI Channels like ecommerce, brick and mortar stores and social communities. The product owner will lead digital products development and improve the product experiences in websites, mobile App, Mini-program, in-store digital experience drive omni business value.
- This role will focus on omni journey product discovery, product positioning and value proposition definition and coordinated and manage the development as well as ensure that the development stay aligned with the set out business goals and KPI.
- To be successful in this job, you need be one good team player and good motivation on omni retail initiatives. You have genuine interest and sensibility in new digital venture around retail and lifestyle. You have solid experiences and knowledge in retail or e-commerce industries in China. You are a great communicator and have experience in building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations.
- Customer centric, seek quantitative and qualitative feedbacks, craft hypotheses on how to improve customer experiences, model the financial benefit and lead internal and external teams to develop and optimize of the digital products for maximizing the business results and customer value.
- Guide a product from idea to prototype to productions. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products.
- Craft the product vision, create the roadmap, and drive high quality execution in product backlog, with continual enhancement upon deep dive data analysis and user research.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and resource restrictions make educated trade-offs or provide alternative options.
- Conduct market and product opportunity assessment, and provide pursuit support for strategic new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to ensure quality end to end user experience through complex system integration
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least five years solid experience working in product management, preferably on consumer facing web-based/mobile products with strong product design and methodology.
- Strong product and tech knowledge in china ecosystem and solution integration
- Experience on retail innovation/O2O/OMS/Omni channel solutions is preferred
- Working experience in retail industry is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge about agile development technology and methodology.
- Curiosity on new technologies or digital product in the marketing.
- Team-leading/coordination skills and proven success working cross-functionally.
- Ability to think big and deep dive into details.
- Excellent communicator – both oral and written.
- Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
