• Keep close connection with New BU product promotion staff for efficiently commnicationg& implementing 4*4 matrix product promotion plan, bilateral communication about new products, promotion ideas, customer needs, and competitors’ new products 
• Design and Implement initiative promotion activities like on-line live promotion program, new product launching events
• Involve in new product design process by product investigation providing marketing insights and suggestions, indentifying product proposition and unique selling points.

• Clleage degree and above with 5+ years experience in life insurance company, 2+ years product promotion, training, product development experience in headquarter
• Familiar with the nature of life insurance products, domestic life insurance market and Agency channel model
• Strong Communication and presentation capability.
