JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and lead value stream activities (System CIP, point CIP and daily management) according to defined value stream Q,C,D target
- Evaluate manufacturing facilities according to production plan and/or sales Plan;
- Lead staff team & workshop personnel towards business targets;
- Technical & logistical production planning. Improving, upholding & enlarging equipment capacity & personnel performance
- Review of technical requirements for production ( lay-out, instructions, MTM-analysis, time calculation, tools, devices and other production resources )
- Review of quality documentation (Flowchart, Control plan, FMEA, etc) according to Quality System procedures
- Evaluate human resources and investment plan according to business plan;
- Investment planning (Machines and equipments for production );
- Control / follow-up related budgets;
- Cost down project planning together with relative department to work on cost potentials
- Competence management: evaluate training needs and personnel development in the area;
- Contribute with value stream targets according to the company’s overall targets & deadlines;
- Plan, arrange & supervise the production, installation and servicing processes which direct affect to quality and ensure that these processes are carried out under controlled conditions;
- Maintain premises in a state of order, cleanliness and uphold workshop discipline;
- Stimulate & lead teamwork projects in the area in order to reduce costs, improve quality and satisfy customers requirements (CIP, Lean activities)
- Ensure use of quality & problem solving tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D-Report, etc. )
- Review of actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;
- Continuously comply with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment
- Participate in quality activities and follow/ maintain IATF requirements;
- Contribute & support product release activities (PPAP/ISIR/Audits/SOP)
- Contact with other Bosch plants in order to exchange necessary information which supports business requirements
- Coordinate partnership with external suppliers
- Encourage employee development and consider succession plan
- Check periodically the knowledge of the related people about quality policy and targets;
- Lay-out planning for responsible area ( changing / preparation / update )
- Health, safety and environment management of responsible area with support from HSE department
- Cooperate with & support plant manager in dept. reporting & division-related tasks.
- Digitalization and transformation with I4.0 solution and team competence build up to improve line performance and development efficiency
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: University degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related fields
Working Experience: More than 10 years’ work experience, 5 years term European/American invested company, used to western style management, 5 years team management experience
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent command of English
- Able to work in German based business environment, communicate & cooperate with Bosch-Expat managers
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Extroverted & open minded, achieving style personality of quick responsiveness
- Initiative/pro-active, creative & target oriented. Able to provide ownership to responsible field.
- Leadership & social competence combined with directed communication ability
- Computer literate in business software applications
