Responsibilities：

1. As a Project Engineering Lead, he or she will act as overall technical lead for the engineering disciplines included in the project specific scope of work assigned. He or she will actively develops and coaches the project engineering team with technical advice and guidance.
2. Creation and verification of technical documentation within Solidworks and following PLM and Customer Engineering processes with focus on site layouts and designs of perimeter protection and perimeter control solutions for special and individual orders.
3. Create proposals for engineering projects or programs through coordination of proposal drawings, bill of materials, verification of supplier technical offers.
4. Coordinate the creation of work plans and prepare regular estimation of the cost to complete for working packages in all applicable engineering disciplines. Proactively manages the project engineering team to deliver the agreed deliverables on time, on quality and at the targeted cost.
