job requirements：
Property leasing for the entire mall. Responsible for the overall revenue generation via leasing rental, retail sales commission and other income (e.g., in mall advertising). Drive retail sales: partnering with tenants and marketing department to drive tenant sales growth, leading to sales turnover growth for the mall. Managing the leasing pipeline. Drive the overall leasing and contract cycle; from lead generation to contract negotiation/signing, handover and opening Interface internally with Central Leasing team based in HK for key tenant negotiations.
skills,qualifications:
• 8-year working experience in real estate sector. Formal training in real estate disciplines in a multinational company would be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Excellent typing ability both in Chinese and English.
• Good PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
