Responsibilities
1.Team Management
Develop team structure, monitor, motivate, and coach employees to enhance team capability.

2.Take charge of new project quality planning and management within company target.
Product & process design review to make sure customer requirements and TE quality spec has been implemented.
New project sample build, ensure sample quality with risk assessment, quality planning and approve for delivery.
Machine and process trail tun and release with Quality requirement
Contribute in FMEA and work on Control Plan, Quality inspection plan, product quality standard, Appearance defect mode, etc.
Responsible for PPAP on time submit and Lead New Product Safe- launch activity implement and quality issues improvement till meet target.
3.New project quality window of Japanese OEM customers
4.Lead new project customer audit
5.Lead customer complaint, root cause analysis, escalate management on critical quality issues
6.Lead the Cost of Quality Management, to drive continue improvement with structured problem-solving methodology
7.Other tasks assign by Senior Leader
Requirement:
1.More than 8 years of working experience in quality assurance and 3~5 years team management as well, automotive experience is preferred.
2.Familiar with TS16949. APQP.
3.Proficient in written and oral English, Japanese language is a plus
4.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D.
5.Process audit and product audit skills;
6.Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949;
7.Good communication skill, ownership, leadership, proactive thinking.
8.Good problem solving skill, 6 sigma, Red-X certified is preferred.
9.Integrity, accountability, self-motivated, logical, team spirit, ability to work under pressure.
