- Master or above degree in Engineering (manufacturing or business experience would be a plus)
- 10 years or more of experience in quality management
- Sound financial and analytical skills, ability to analyze large amount of complicated data with high accuracy and generate important strategic insights will be critical
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and with short timeline; Professional attitude and attention to details
- Strong communication, influence & presentation skills
- Ability to balance a strong local dynamic and a strong global coordination with stakeholders.
