Responsibilities:
- Based on product demand and market demand, formulate development plans and track implementation progress to ensure that the project is completed as planned
- Review and modify design drawings with the cooperation of the technical department
- Team management, coordinate the working relationship among members within the department, and improve team efficiency
- Responsible for the preparation of the department's annual work plan, supervise the implementation of the plan, put forward suggestions for improvement, and assist superiors in solving major problems
- Responsible for organizing internal review meetings and providing evaluation guidance to subordinate engineers
- Participate in testing, verification, debugging, etc. during the development process of new products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering and other related majors are preferred
- Have 10 years or more R&D experience in the automotive industry and be familiar with the relevant R&D processes of OEMs
- Understand the technological development trends and industry dynamics of the commercial vehicle market
- Have strong learning and analytical skills, and be able to independently undertake multiple tasks
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, and able to skillfully use common office software
- Applicants with overseas study/work experience are preferred
