1、Retail China management collaborating with the sales organizations and leaders.
2、Business plan generating and implementation together with sales leaders and team, however not leading a team directly
3、Retail strategy setting up together with team and monitoring/implementing with team
4、Retail target achievement with the team.
5、Being on top of all retail-relevant issues
6、Retail promotion setting up with the team, understand luxury goods promotion
skills and experience required.
1、15 years+ retail background, business model unrestrained but durable consumer goods preferred;
2、Recent 3 years in a senior role with strong communication/management experience.skills
3、Long-term strategy thinking and implementing
4、Excellent report skills
5、Experience in Online retail promotion will be a preference plus
6、Luxury products successful track will be preference plus
7、Communication in English is preference plus
8、Possible need frequently traveling in China
9、Bachlor degree or above, MBA preferred
