In order to broaden the market, we are looking for a Sales Director to lead their business in the Greater China region.

- Leading a team of 10 Sales Managers across the Greater China region
About the job
- Develop market for securities firms, banks and insurance companies , PE funds ,consulting firms, etc, whilst maintaining current Key Accounts
- Values to deliver the client (Create a world where clients can focus on thinking and strategising)
- Be involved in Greater China’s strategy development and implementation
- Develop and train sales team
- Work hand in hand with key internal stakeholders
- Follow market trends closely, and identify any potential growth opportunities or threats
Skills and requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in new business development in the corporate sales area of the Chinese market and 8 years of team leadership experience
- Must have a strong existing network of clients within the financial industry, such as securities firms, banks and insurance companies , PE funds ,consulting firms, etc
- Must be able to find enjoyment in creating a better approach , going beyond existing methods and frameworks
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English for business purpose
- Must be able to commit to business expansion with a sense of ownership
