about the job.
- Implement the overseas annual targets and achieve monthly/annual performance targets;
- Organize and formulate the work plan of the overseas business department, and regularly analyze and summarize its implementation;
- Coordinate and review the feasibility of overseas business customers and evaluate plans for handling customer feedback information;
- Coordinate and review the rationality of various expenses and convey improvement suggestions;
- Check the food regulations in each region as reported by subordinates in different region or countries;
- Coordinate the construction of talent echelon; formulate department personnel ability improvement plans; assess qualifications; organize team building; and engage with the regular recruitment, assessment and incentive activities, etc.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or above, international trade, marketing and other related majors are preferred;
- Have more than 10 years of working experience in the FMCG industry or foreign trading export business; experience in food and beverage industry is preferred;
- Have at least 3 years leadership management experience;
- Have strong negotiation skills;
- Strong in distribution management in modern trade, CVS, traditional trade channels;
- Be proficient in overseas market layout, especially Indonesia market; foreign trade export procedures and brand promotion, and have excellent thinking, enthusiasm and ability;
- Madarin and English can be use as working language.
